CUboardroom is an online tool used by boards and committees for communication, collaboration and document dissemination. CUboardroom revolutionizes the way you communicate with your board, committees, management or staff by centralizing official correspondence via a highly secure, Web-enabled communication channel.

First launched in 2001, we continue to expand the power and features of CUboardroom , while keeping the platform simple and intuitive for users and administrators. Some of the major features and functionality include:

  • Various levels of administrator and user access are available.
  • An unlimited number of users and groups can be created.
  • Optional Zoom integration.
  • Within an event, there is the ability to enable RSVP, attendance reporting, create an agenda and attach documents and votes to the event and to the agenda, create meeting minutes.
  • Document storage is unlimited. 
  • A variety of file type uploads are supported including PDF, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MP3 and MP4 files.
  • PDF annotation and signature capabilities are included.
  • PDF files may be set to view only.
  • Voting and document approval including controlling vote results privacy options.
  • Discussion forums can be created and include group security for privacy.
  • Comments can be made throughout the site, and reminders can be set at the event and vote level.
  • An expense template is included for users to complete expense reimbursements.  Submitted expense reports go through an approval process.
  • Administrator reporting.

And of course, security is top priority:

  • Multifactor authentication is required. 
  • Group security is controlled at the individual item level on the site.
  • Access to CUboardroom is restricted both externally and internally to preserve confidentiality at all levels.
  • The platform is hosted on private cloud servers at Rackspace, a SOC 1, 2, and 3 certified vendor.
  • Geo-location blocking to block malicious regions of the world.
  • Data is encrypted at rest.
  • Security officer on staff.
